Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de 1\u00e8re Bac Pro H\u00f4tellerie\/ restauration ont propos\u00e9 des mises en bouche gourmandes, bonnes pour la plan\u00e8te et la sant\u00e9. Un voyage culinaire vers le futur \u00e0 ne pas manquer\u00a0!<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre d&rsquo;un projet de sensibilisation au  r<strong>\u00e9chauffement climatique\u00a0et aux cons\u00e9quences sur notre alimentation<\/strong>, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> \u00a0ann\u00e9e Bac Pro Cuisine ont rencontr\u00e9 dans un premier temps <strong>monsieur  Daniel Gilbert<\/strong>, professeur d&rsquo;\u00e9cologie et d&rsquo;\u00e9conomie du climat, chercheur au laboratoire chrono-environnement \u00e0 <strong>l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>de Franche-Comt\u00e9<\/strong>, et pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;<strong>Association<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u00ab\u00a0Le Futur<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>commence d\u00e9j\u00e0\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong> \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont tenu un stand sur le site de la\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Campagne \u00e0 la ville\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0les\u00a0 7 et 8 septembre 2024, et propos\u00e9 plusieurs recettes \u00e0 d\u00e9guster aux visiteurs en ad\u00e9quation avec les pr\u00e9conisations\u00a0: <strong>cookies<\/strong> \u00e0 la farine de sorgho (plante cultiv\u00e9e en Afrique et r\u00e9sistance aux s\u00e9cheresses), <strong>brownie<\/strong>s aux haricots rouges pour un apport en prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, <strong>falafels<\/strong> \u00e0 base de pois chiches \u00a0pour un apport en prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, <strong>mousse au caf\u00e9<\/strong> \u00e0 base de trois ingr\u00e9dients : caf\u00e9 soluble, eau et sucre, <strong>riz au lait<\/strong> \u00e0 base de millet (plante qui r\u00e9siste \u00e0 la s\u00e9cheresse) et de lait d&rsquo;amandes&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces d\u00e9gustations ont permis aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves d\u2019informer et d\u2019\u00e9changer avec les visiteurs concernant leur d\u00e9marche et leur engagement sur les cons\u00e9quences du climat dans notre assiette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
